Hello! As you might have guessed my name is Olana and I am a London based home baker. My journey into baking started back when I was a little girl. My grandma used to teach me all the classic Russian cakes recipes which I used to this day. Although later in life I spent a lot of time studying Film & TV at university, my life changed completely during the fist quarantine due to the COVID19 pandemic. I decided to take my hobby to a professional level and completed a couple of online corses. I started to post my cakes on Instagram and surprisingly a lot people showed interest in my work. Slowly the demand for my cakes begun to grow so now I proudly call myself a home baker and deliver high quality bespoke cakes. 

Although this rapid change of life path wasn't an easy decision I am now happier than I have even been before, as I get to do what I truly love - BAKE!
